Top Hidden Players

Enter one of the following case-sensitive names on the player creation

Super Players

Enter "Perfect C", "Perfect RW", "Perfect LW", "Perfect D", or "Perfect G" as a case-sensitive name on the player creation screen to get a superstar player at that position.

Enter "grEEn jeLLo" as a case-sensitive name on the player creation screen.

Remove Opponent Goalie

Pause the game and enter the game settings menu. Choose the "Controller Select" option and switch to the other team. Then, select the "Pull Goalie" option under "Team Options". Use "Controller Select" to switch back to the original team and resume the game.

Full Player Attributes

Enter "Jim Jung" as a case-sensitive name on the player creation screen.

Player Inspection

At the player creation screen, press C-Up, C-Down, C-Left, or C-Right to rotate the displayed player in any direction.

Random Team Select

At the team selection screen, press L + R.

Bonus Teams

At the team selection screen in exhibition mode, quickly press C-Up, L, C-Left. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of a slap shot. Then, three new teams will be available (New York, Salt Lake, and Parts Unknown) between the Controller Pak and Anaheim teams.

Extra Points

~At the main screen in season mode, press C-Left(2), C-Right(2), C-Left(2), C-Right(2), R. This code may be repeated as needed.

View All Injured Players

Enable the "Cheat menu" code. Press L at the season menu to enter the trainers room option. Then, press C-Left(2), C-Right(2) at the trainers room. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Now press Left or Right to view players on another team.

Game Cheats Menu

At the main menu, press C-Left, C-Right, C-Left, C-Right, R(2). Then, a cheat option will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Play Hidden Teams

While holding L button, select Pre-Season game with A button. Now, scroll all the way to the right. Three new teams will be playable: Nintendo, N64 and Left Field.

Wrong Players in Replay

Get into any type of game -- it doesn't matter. Do anything in the game, with anybody, and then get it so that you can substitute players into the game. After you substitute the players in, go to replay mode and go back to any point in the game where you had the original players in. Say you had Shaq in, and he did a monster dunk, and then you substituted Dickey Simpkins (bad player) in for Shaq. In replay mode, Dickey would be doing the monster dunk Shaq had been doing, even though he hadn't been in the game!

Hang on Rim

Whenever you do a two hand dunk just hold the B button and you'll hang on the rim. But don't hang for a long time or you'll get a technical foul.

Cheats

To hang on the rim hold the B button
To change players in the replay do anything you want with who you want, go to substitutions and change the player you were replaying to somebody else. Go back to the replay and it will be a wrong player. To get three secret teams hold the L button and go into pre-season by pushing the A button, go left and there will be three new teams. What they are you will have to find out.

Alien Invasion

At the start up screen push these buttons to make the players head look like they are aliens:up-c,down-c,left-c,right-c,start,start,A,B,A,R,and Z! NOTE:THIS ONLY WORKS FOR THE LEFT FIELD TEAM!

Disco Floor

When playing pre-season press start and press A
C-up,down on d-pad,up on d-pad,C-down,R,R,B,
C-right,C-right,Z.

Faster Ice
Before the game, when you select the condition of the ice, press: Left, Right, up-C, down-C, Down, A + B, Start.

Easy Goal Tip

For an easy goal in a game, take the puck to the end of the face-off circle(the end closests to the goal line)and cut in towards the goal. Go the whole way across the crease. About half way through the crease, the goalie should drop to the ice. Skate to the very end of the crease, and take a wrist shot(C>.) The puck will shine the twine about 90% of the time. Note:It will almost only work if the player is shooting on his backhand.

Special Turbo

At the begining of the match where you select the ice conditions, press LEFT, RIGHT, C-UP, C-DOWN and then press A + B simultaneously and press START.

Powerplay
When you get in a fight dont press any button and you will get a five minute powerplay. If you score a goal, it wont let them out of the box.

Secret Cheers for Your Team
As soon as your team scores a goal, press the Z button. You can either hold it or press it repeatedly and you will hear lots of secret cheers from the crowd.

Larger sticks
Enter "STICKS" as a password.

Fast game play and clock
Enter "FAST" as a password.

View ending sequence
Enter "VICTORY" as a password.

Extremely fast game play and clock
Enter "FASTER" as a password.

Easy Goals
There are numerous scoring strategies, but here are some of the easiest:

Dash Down the Crease
Speed-burst down the crease and shoot before the goalie gets there.

Deke
On a breakaway, move towards the right or left side of the crease ¿ without going on either side of it. Fake to the opposite side and shoot down the middle.

Pretend to leave the Zone
Go behind the net and come out near the boards. As you near the blue line, shoot.

Spin-O-Rama
While gliding down the crease, perform a Spin-O-Rama

EA and EA Storm teams
Enter "FREEEA" as a password. (The developers teams will also appear on the free agent list.)

Third Jersey
At the credits screen enter THIRD for the third jersey for a team. This code will only work for the teams that have a third jersey like Washington Capitals or Toronto Maple Leafs (obviously).

Big heads
Enter "BRAINY" as a password.

Big players
Enter "BIGBIG" as a password.

Enable camera flashes
Enter "FLASH" as a password.

Move Screen Around

Press L and R at the same time. You will then be able to move the screen around by moving the joystick.

Maniac Mode
To unlock Maniac Mode, complete the game on the expert mode.

Classic mode
Just beat the game on normal mode. The option will be beside 1 player in the main menu.

Big gloves

For big gloves, pause the game and press C-Up, C-Down, C-Up, C-Up, and
C-Down (you should here five bell rings if entered correctly).
Big head

For a big head, pause the game and press C-Left, C-Right, C-Left, C-Left,

To activate a cheat, pause the game and enter its code. (The bell confirms correct entry.) Note: To deactivate cheats, reenter.)

Easy training points
In career mode, go to Muhammud Ali and select him. Then, after every match go to training and keep pressing c-up next to the trainer. You will get 30 hits quickly!
How to use the super punch
To use the super punch you must first make sure the glove in the upper corner is flashing then you must press A, B, and R(power button), at the same time and in what direction you want.
Regain health during a fight
While in a fight move away from opponent and press and the z button over and over. You will gradually gain health. You can also get health by holding the z button and rotating the joystick.

Extreme Mirror Mode
Go to options, highlight MIRROR and hold all C buttons then press Left or Right to find "Extreme mirror mode".

Invisible Car
At the car selection screen press Up, Down, Z, Left, Right, Z,¿Right, Left, Z + Down, Up, Z. You should see a video of the car driving with only 4 tires showing.

Bonus Cars
By collecting hidden keys, you activate Rush 2s secret cars for each track. You will earn a new car with each set of three keys you collect. The vehicles include:

Taxi Hot Rod Formula 1 Prototype Mountain Dew Racer

You need all 12 keys to unlock the Prototype. Collect all four Mountain Dew cans and youll unlock the Mountain Dew Racer.

Las Vegas Underworld
In Las Vegas as soon as you can go from the starting point turn directly around and start to go backwards around the track. Sometime while you are going around the track you should see a brick wall on your right and then an opening. Go in the opening and fallow it at a high rate of speed and turn left and you should hit a ramp. If you have enough speed you will hit a ramp and fly over some water. If you land on-top of a building. Make sure you are straight before you do the next step. Once you are straight, you should see a building start to pick up speed and go straight for the building and try to run into it. You should go right through the wall and down to the Las Vegas underworld.

Alcatraz Underworld
During the track you go up that steep hill. When you get to the end before you jump, make a sharp right turn and land in the water. If you land far enough out there you will go through it and it will look like you are on dirt.

Cheat Menu
To access the cheat menu, go to the setup screen and hold L + R + Z. While still holding them press all four of the C buttons. If done correctly a CHEATS menu should appear under the AUDIO option.

Los Angeles Underworld
This is a game glitch. When traveling north at a high rate of speed through the water way shortcut on the Los Angeles level, you can use the slanted dirt wall on the right of the exit ramp to jump over the top of the road barricade.¿ If completed successfully, you will fall through the road into a dirt underworld where you can drive seemingly forever as L.A. goes by overhead.

Pipe Track
Beat all of the races in "Just Race" mode. If you place frst in all of them, you will find a new track called Pipe.

Mountain Dew Prizes
Youve probably noticed a Mountain Dew floating around somewhere. There are four in each level. If you collect all four, you get a Mountain Dew hotrod. Ill tell you how to get them on Las Vegas.

When you enter the strip(road with palm trees in the middle)listen for kids yelling, and when you do, look for an opening to the right. When you go through, turn right and go slowly up a ramp on the building. When you are on the roof turn around and go the wrong way and you should see a Mountain Dew, so get it!

Go to the Stratosphere Tower (you will hear people yelling) and turn right. About 2 seconts later you should see a coppery fence to the left and there will be an opening, so go through it (Mountain dews 2, 3 and 4 are here).¿ Go through another opening and a Mountain Dew is behind a tree (3 and 4).

Follow step two until you go through the two openings. You should pick the taxi because you have to RUSH! If you go fast enough youll jump high and get Mountain Dew 3. If you land on the building without blowing up,¿ go to the edge and go left. Fall off slowly and you should get Mountain Dew number 4.

Thats all the Mountain Dews, but try selecting your car on the Vegas track and you will find a new car.¿

Midway Track
If youve completed an entire circuit, getting 3rd place or better, a new track named Midway will open up. This track takes place in a giant office building, but its the same as any track because it has keys and Mountain Dews too.

Rocket Car
To earn the rocket car, beat any circuit in first place. Good luck!

Tag Mode
While playing the practice mode with two people, wait until both players have selected their cars. Hit the C-UP button very fast as the numbers count down. As the screen says "Go", Player 2 will have an "it" sign on his screen. If you blow up and you are not it then you become "it". You have a clock in your upper left hand corner to tell you how long you have been "it".

Demo mode:

Hold L + R at the main menu.

Career mode bonuses

Select a wrestler and win the WWF title in career mode to unlock all hidden wrestlers, and unlock other bonuses, such as Ego Mode, Squeaky Mode, Big Heads, Bleep Mode, additional costumes and others. A new feature will be awarded for each PPV victory or title. Note: Save the game under "Utilities" and not under "Career Mode" to keep the unlocked cheat features.

Reveal moves

To learn the finishers or any other move for a wrestler, enter creation mode and select his or her move set. Then, go to edit to learn how to do any of their moves. Also, pause game play when in the ring and go to movelist. The game will display all moves that can be done at the appropriate time, such as all the Tieup moves, etc.

Smoking Cannon
Status: One player whips opponent off ropes, other player executes back body drop. This sends the opponent flying out of ring causing heavy damage. Note: Perfect setup for over the ropes splash.
Single player tag team match double-team moves

Use the following steps to use double team moves when you are in a one player tag team match. Note: Your opponent has to be stunned.

Call in your partner and he will stand next you. Then, hold "Tieup" and you will do the Suplex.

Player status: Behind Opponent (not tied up)
Call in your partner and he will stand in front of your opponent. Then, hold "Tieup" and you will do the Powerbomb.
Double Wishbone Legsplitter
Opponent status: On ground
Player status: At opponents legs
Call in your opponent and he will stand next to you. Then, hold "Tieup" and you will do the Legsplitter.
Using top rope moves that do not work

In the create-a-wrestler screen, go to the moves screen to see your wrestlers moves or select moves if you are making a wrestler. In the top rope moves (silver screen) are a number of moves that for some reason, are used by pressing the C"-Down". Moves such as the Moonsault, Hollywood Star Press, and Celestial Splash do not show up when your wrestler is on the top rope. Wrestlers such as Al Snow use the Moonsault. Using these moves is simple. If you are making a wrestler, choose what moves you want or play a wrestler with a special top rope move such as Al Snow. When you are about the climb the turnbuckle to the top rope, hold (C-Down) the moment you start up.
New chant

Press (Start) to pause game play after a chant starts. The crowd will be doing a different chant after the game is resumed. For example, the crowd will start chanting "Mankind, Mankind" but end up chanting "Socko, Socko".
Extra shirts

Use the following trick to get extra shirts. Chose any shirt, but make it completely black. Go to the tattoo option, and chose any tattoo. The tattoo will appear on the shirt, creating a new shirt. This works especially well with the "ATTITUDE" tattoo.
New custom clothing

Enter create a wrestler mode. Pick any skin color other than the skin number 1. Nose 15 and nose 16 should appear under noses and some extra clothing such as "wimpy" shorts should also be available. Note: The noses do not work with all skin colors, but do work with skin number 4.
View alternate costumes

Set up a Tornado match with all characters being the same wrestler. When the wrestlers do their sayings in the ring, you will be able to view all the alternate costumes.
Win by error

Enter a Co-Op 2 On 1, Last Man Standing, Hardcore match and hit your partner with a weapon/ If he is down for ten seconds a message with your wrestler names followed by "win by error" will appear.
